Housing:
Housing for players can be purchased through the league fee or privately through local apartments and condos within the Myrtle Beach area. There are many options for housing and we will work hard to help you find the best fit during your time in Myrtle Beach.

Players and coaches will be housed at Magnolia Place, Magnolia North, and Magnolia Pointe.

River Oaks Resort & Golf Plantation Apartments & Condos

Magnolia & River Oaks come with several beds as well as pullout couches. To keep costs reasonable for each athlete we work to fill the condos with student athletes. If we did not, the cost would increase significantly. These resorts do not guarantee a player his own bed. The player may bunk with another teammate or may choose to get an air mattress.

Housing is a 5-10 miles from the fields and beach

Housing is situated on a first come-first served basis. It is imperative that you submit your deposit and pay your fees as quickly as possible to be guaranteed housing and roomate choices

Whales players will be housed together for the most part. Occasionally one or two guys may be in a room with other team athletes.

If you have another athlete you would like to be roomed with you need to let the GM or coach know as soon as you register and pay your deposit.

Working Options:
There are plenty of opportunities to work a part-time job while in Myrtle Beach. We will work with you to get you placed in a job while you are playing if you are interested.

Exposure:
Plenty of players are in the BCBL to move from JUCO to 4 year colleges, and some even to make a move into the professional ranks. We will work diligently with you to make sure you are being recruited to include calling coaches, giving you a true evaluation and inviting coaches to our games.

Costs:

$500 DEPOSIT DUE within 30 days of signing player contract on BCBL website to be guaranteed a spot on the Whales team.

SCOUT DAY: $100 (Optional JUCO Players & Transfers)(More than 20 scouts will be in attendance) Reminder that our fees online are slightly higher due to a percentage fee from Paypal. You may choose to mail check to avoid the extra fees.

BCBL Registration and player contract link:
Once you have talked with a coach or manager, you will be instructed to go to the link below to sign your player contract. This contract does not mean you are locked in (deposits must be paid for a guaranteed spot). You will fill out the information on this link and put Whales in the team name spot.
