I am a Certified Personal Trainer and 200HR Certified Yoga Instructor who fell in love with yoga and the fitness industry in 2011, after years as an athlete. I became Yoga Allicance Certified in 2013.
I enjoy teaching busy athletes and moms how to incorporate fitness into their daily life. As a collegiate athlete and wife of a collegiate coach I know the needs of athletes and how to tailor programs to their needs. As a mom of 3 very active boys, I know the needs of moms trying to balance mom life, fitness, and nutrition.
I am a Disney, coffee, and beach fanatic. Paddle boarding and crafting are two major hobbies of mine. In our free time you can find my family and I soaking up the sunshine adventuring outdoors
